A new offer for all our sport enthusiasts wanting to try something new. Join our pilates for tennis and padel players. You will be working on strengthening your core, arms and legs, alignment your body and stretching to prevent tennis elbows.
The lovely Valentina will be hosting the classes. She is a 200 hour certified Yoga, and Pilates Teacher as well as a Fitness Instructor teaching in English. She aim to help people go from tired, stiff, groggy and stressed to motivated, flexible, calm and energized without coffee
